1. Minimum bachelor degree with GPA: 2.75 in logistic related degree (engineering degree is preferable).
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience with relevant resource & logistic managements in drilling / workover industry or material management in oil & gas industry.
3. Having basic knowledge on Drilling/ workover operation.
4. Familiar with supply chain and inventory management application, i.e. JDE and or SAP.
5. Experienced in oil & gas materials specifications, material planning & procurement process, quality assurance & material acceptance, staging area operations, inventory analysis and material distribution to large scale of rig operations.
6. Able to deliver highest value results in a timely manner to conduct continuous improvement (i.e. lean sigma) in supply chain process. Provide analysis and recommendations to promotes operational safety, compliance & efficiency.
7. Have excellent computer skills including data mining, excel macros/VBA, spotfire and data loading.
8. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
9. Excellent in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
10. Excellent in demonstrating the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, building & maintain trust, respect and support others
11. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
12. Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia.

1. Responsible in managing logistic to support Drilling operation which covers, logistic planning, procurement, permitting, resource inventory, staging & distribution to all rigs and facilities.
2. Coordinating the activities among various resource suppliers, warehouse, and various staging areas to ensure resource optimization and prudent inventories performance in the 24-hour operations.
